Puppy Introduction

Puppies are sensitive and need to be handled with TLC with gradual desensitisation to everyday things, including early familiarisation with a groomer. We recommend grooming monthly until 6 months old, then 6-8 weekly. This helps your puppy to get used to their groomer and the process. We can also show you the correct tools and way to brush/comb your puppy.

Puppy's first groom

This package offers introduction to the groomer and our grooming equipment, and lots of hugs and kisses! Includes brush out, nail trim (if possible), and light trim around the eyes. For puppies ages 8 to 16 weeks who have had their vaccinations.

Pampered Puppy Package

Exclusive shampoo and conditioning spa treatment, massage, gentle blow dry using our softest setting, brush out, face, feet and hygiene trim, and nails. Includes puppy first groom certificate and keep sake lock of fur. For puppies 4-6 months.

Puppies are sensitive and need a gradual desensitisation to everyday things, including early familiarisation with the groomer. We suggest that your puppy has at least 2-3 puppy introduction appointments before they have length off the body. This way they have a chance to build a relationship and trust with us, and become familiar with the grooming process.

We accept puppies once they have been fully vaccinated. This is usually around 16 weeks of age.

We can also show you the correct tools and way to brush/comb your puppy.
